This week at Busy Bees

Posted Tuesday, December 12, 2017

We have entered the last full week at school for the Busy Bee children and this week will be full of Christmas activities.

We had to cancel our Carol singing today due to the weather conditions – but thank you very much for all the offers of help to walk with us, it was very much appreciated.

Last week was our Nativity and the children were brillliant, they knew their lines, their dances and sang their hearts out.

Thank you to everyone who came to watch them – they were so excited to be on the stage this year- we were all very proud of them.

We also had a surprise visit from one of Father Christmas’s helpers last week – he came to see the children with gifts of apples and oranges, they were really surprised and excited.

We are getting ready for our Christmas Party Next Tuesday and we will need your childs present by this friday – wrapped and named ready to give out on the day.

We still have some gaps in our list of children attending so please let us know by Friday – If you have lost your letter I do have some spares.

The party starts at 12.15pm and the children can wear party clothes.

Children will be ready to sing to you at 2.45pm in the main school hall and will have their coats and bags with them ready to go home from there.

Red and Blue bags will not be sent home this week.

Tuesday 19th is the last day of term and the children return on Wednesday 3rd January.
